Lately there is an trend in US media to exaggerate the menace of CORONO VIRIS or COVID-19 since that is an ECONOMY molester of a high degree. People attend less RODEOS, SPORTS EVENTS and even CHURCH because they have "the FEAR" instilled DAILY around the clock in US newspapers, TV, cable news and even LOCAL nEWS on antenna purchased at Sam's Club!
SERIOUSLY as rain on a FLAT ROCK, FOLKS, there has been 10,000 REGULAR FLUE cases in the last 5 YEARS but COVID-19 TRUMPS THEM ALL!
People have been DYING from REGULAR FLU they have been IMMUNIZED by a FLU SHOT ANNUALLY for...for years that has been evolving so that a new shot annually...is required along with the anti-PNEUMONIA that has always been effective.
Of course, regular HANDWASHING and avoiding coughing huge crowds ...is ALWAYS helpful to avoid seasonal COLDS and even SEASONAL FLU so easily transmitted because people are COOPED UP in their houses and apartments!
But people need to attend church and fitness centers to get out of the house or apartment. Of course, avoiding COUGHING PEOPLE at events and EATING OUT...also is PRUDENT...more prudent than that ONLINE PHOTO of George (PAPPY) Bush giving up his REVOLVER and POINTING IT PUBLICALLY in the newspaper photo back in the day.
